This 30 min SWEAT Full Body KETTLEBELL Workout | Powerful & Explosive , consists of 4 bundles of 4 movements, performed for two rounds in a row. We will be performing each exercise for 35 seconds with 15 seconds of rest in between, and a 20-second rest after each round/bundle. At the end there will be 4 finishing movements for only one round!
